Business analyst and Odoo systems implementer

We are looking for a Business Analyst and Odoo Systems Implementer at Arados Software who possesses strong analytical skills and a good understanding of business processes and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
He will be responsible for understanding customer needs and analyzing current business processes, transforming their requirements into practical solutions using the Odoo system, starting from requirements gathering and solution design, all the way to system implementation, testing, and user training.
The job requires the ability to connect the administrative and operational aspects on one hand, and the technical aspect on the other, to ensure the provision of solutions that meet customer needs and help them improve their business efficiency.
What are some of your tasks in this job?
- Studying customer operations and understanding their needs and operational procedures.
- Analysis of current processes and identification of problems, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Preparation of work requirements documents and job specifications.
- Design of Business Process Workflows.
- Identifying the appropriate Odoo modules for each project and proposing functional solutions.
- Monitoring the system's performance after implementation and contributing to its development and improvement.
Nature of Work
You will work on various projects that involve analyzing and implementing ERP systems using Odoo, and you will deal with different sectors and operational needs.
The nature of the work includes:
- Direct communication with customers to understand their needs.
- Study the work procedures in various departments, such as accounting, sales, purchasing, inventory, and human resources.
- Transforming needs into clear functional requirements.
- Working with the development and implementation team to reach appropriate solutions.
- Monitoring the stages of project implementation and ensuring the quality of outputs.
- Preparation of documents, reports, and user manuals.
